3 Days, 3 Quotes.

I was nominated by fauxcroft for the 3 Days, 3 Quotes challenge. I would like to thank him and urge you to visit his blog as his work is of that which should belong in books, long gracing the shelves of well renowned bookstores.
I decided to add a twist to the traditional method of doing this, which originally is to post a quote on each day, and decided to add all my quotes in one post – on one day.
They are quotes I came across on each day which I hope speak to you as much as they did me.
Thank you for reading.

Day 1:
“You either get bitter or you get better. It’s that simple. You either take what has been dealt to you and allow it to make you a better person, or you allow it to tear you down. The choice does not belong to fate. It belongs to you.”
– Josh Shipp.

Day 2:
“Be with those who help your being.”
– Rumi.

Day 3:
“Love never dies a natural death. It dies because we don’t know how to replenish its source. It dies of blindness and errors and betrayals. It dies of illness and wounds; it dies of weariness, of witherings, of tarnishing.”
– Anaïs Nin.

I nominate (3 for each day):

  1. What beautiful quotes Atifa. Quotes are also a reflection of what a person is made up of even when they have not written it. And I know you have a golden heart. Thank you for nominating

    1. i wholly agree, Shantanu. (: thank you, that is such a wonderful thing to say.💜also, you are welcome. i look forward to seeing what you’ll come up with.
