I have noticed that not being around certain people as much as I was, has made me feel lighter, calmer and more at peace. The change is very noticeable and I am finding it intriguing. The days that I start with meditation seem to go so well. Even though at present, school is really stressing me out, I seem to not acknowledge that stress in a negative manner. Rather, I approach it with calmness and work through it at my own pace. I like feeling like this. Something in me has definitely shifted.
